Luxurious AC Hotel by Marriott and Envio Rooftop Restaurant Opens in Portsmouth
The AC Hotel by Marriott located at 299 Vaughan Street in Portsmouth, opened its doors to guests. The upscale 152,000 SF hotel is adjacent to the 3S Artspace in the City's North End. PROCON designed and constructed the project in partnership with XSS Hotels of Manchester, NH, and Cathartes of Boston, MA. Colwen Hotel Management of Portsmouth is providing comprehensive management services. The new hotel is a stone's throw from Portwalk Place and the city's thriving downtown area featuring smart eateries, shopping, and entertainment.
