IHG Announces the Opening of the Holiday Inn Express Rio Branco Hotel in Brazil

MIAMI -- InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) (LON:IHG) (NYSE:IHG) (ADRs), today announced the opening of the Holiday Inn Express® Rio Branco hotel. The new-build hotel is just a short distance from Rio Branco-Plácido de Castro International Airport and is also accessible via the Transoceanica Highway and two key Peruvian ports. The 110-room hotel is owned by Inter Oceanica Hotelaria Ltda and is franchised by an affiliate of IHG.

Holiday Inn Express Rio Branco Breaks Ground in Brazil

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), [LON: IHG, NYSE:IHG (ADRs)], Latin America's most experienced international hotel company, today announced that the Holiday Inn Express Rio Brancoin Brazil has broken ground. The new-build hotel is scheduled to open in late 2013, just in time for the forthcoming FIFA World Cup in Brazil. When the property opens, it will be IHG's first hotel in Rio Branco.

IHG Furthers its Reach in Brazil with Signing of the Holiday Inn Express Rio Branco

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), [LON: IHG, NYSE:IHG (ADRs)] today announced the signing of the Holiday Inn Express in the city of Rio Branco, Brazil. The new-build property is slated to open in November 2013. The hotel will be owned by Inter-Oceanica Hotelaria e Turismo Ltda., under a franchise agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
