The 108-room Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Riverview, officially opened in March with a new décor that provides guests with a feeling of warmth and calm while traveling. Located at 10743 Big Bend Road, the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tampa Riverview will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Riverview Hotels & Resorts LLC and managed by Naples Hotel Group of Naples, Florida.

Now Open - Tampa's Newest Way to Extended Stay

Uptown Suites has announced the official opening of its fourth extended stay property outside of Tampa in Riverview, Florida. This is the second extended stay property to open in the sunshine state, following its Homestead location. Uptown Suites will continue to expand its footprint this year with another six properties to open in the greater Denver, Austin, and DC metros.
