Banyan Group Expands East China Portfolio with Opening of Angsana Zhoushan

In its 20th year in China, Banyan Group ("Banyan Tree Holdings Limited" or the "Group" - SGX: B58), an independent global hospitality company, has expanded its largest market to 36 operating hotels with the opening of Angsana Zhoushan in Eastern China. Two more hotels — Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bayand Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island — are slated to open later this year, keeping the Group on track to celebrate a global milestone in November with the Grand Opening of Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree in Singapore, its 100th hotel.

Shangri-La Group Opens New Food and Beverage Focused Property in Zhoushan

Shangri-La Group today unveils its signature culinary experiences in Zhoushan with the phase I opening of Shangri-La Zhoushan. Under this phase of the opening, Shangri-La presents a new approach to hospitality by concentrating the guest experience around its standalone food and beverage outlet, CHAO No.18 and the corresponding premium event - catering business.

Shangri-La to Debut in Zhoushan in January 2020

Come January 2020, Shangri-La Group will bring its legendary "Hospitality from the Heart" and signature culinary experiences to Zhoushan. Under Phase I of the project development, Shangri-La will present an entirely new hotel experience and product mix by focusing on its standalone food and beverage outlet - CHAO No.18 and its premium event-catering business. Shangri-La will also pilot its new smart hotel technology in the 28 guestrooms in the Phase I opening.
