The COVID-19 pandemic presents a severe threat to the entire travel and tourism industry, affecting every single sector of the industry from airlines, cruise lines and hotels to travel agents, tour operators and travel media. As the industry looks towards recovery, communication is essential in rebuilding travel confidence by providing clear and authoritative information for both industry stakeholders and travellers alike.
