Is using robots in a hotel a good idea?

This is the interview between Prof Cihan Cobanoglu, McKibbon Endowed Chair Professor at the University of South Florida and Mr Ken Edwards, CEO and President of Tristar Hotels. Tristar hotels use Archie in three of their hotels for several years. Ken Edwards answer Dr Cobanoglu's questions about the impact of using these robots on guests, staff members and finances.
