Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde
The new Hampton Inn - Bulverde in the Texas Hill Country is now open!
Charles Leddy, CEO of Presidian Hotels & Resorts ("Presidian Hotels") announced today the opening of Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde at 499 Singing Oaks, Spring Branch, Texas. The new hotel joins Hilton's global brand of more than 2,200 Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton by Hilton Hotels. Local city and county officials along with representatives from the Bulverde/Spring Branch Economic Development Foundation and the Bulverde/Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce join in the celebration of this landmark hotel for the city of Bulverde.

The four-story, 84-room Hampton Inn by Hilton hotel will be managed by Presidian Hotels and is part of Hampton's fresh, new Forever Young design initiative, which features a modern guest space that is multi-functional, convenient and comfortable. Adjacent to the hotel is the Bulverde Visitors & Event Center, containing 5,300 square feet of meeting, office and prefunction space. An estimated 30 employees will work at the Hampton Inn Bulverde location.
Located less than 13 miles north of Loop 1604 at the intersection of US Highway 281 and State Highway 46, Hampton Inn by Hilton Bulverde will be well-positioned to meet the growing need for premium hotel and meeting space accommodations in the greater Bulverde/Spring Branch area. "Our vision was to design a premium hotel that maximizes the property's extraordinary positioning at the confluence of two major central-Texas thoroughfares at the most visible site in the beautiful Singing Hills master planned development.
