Florida Opening of WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon

Charlotte, N.C. -- WoodSpring Hotels, the nation"s fastest growing extended-stay hotel company, today announced the grand opening of WoodSpring Suites Tampa Brandon. The hotel, owned by Liberty Investment Properties, will be operated by Overland Park, Kansas-based Hotel Management & Consulting, LLC (HMC). The hotel is located at 2450 S. Falkenburg Road, Tampa, Fla., 33619.

The four-story, newly constructed, extended-stay hotel offers 122 suites in three room layouts. As with all WoodSpring Hotels, each room has an in-room kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two burner stove top and microwave. WoodSpring Suites locations are pet-friendly and offer free wireless Internet, vending machines and guest laundry. The Tampa Brandon hotel is smoke-free and provides guests an expanded lobby space, complimentary coffee and a fitness center.
