Epelboim Development Group Celebrates Groundbreaking of Tru by Hilton in Orlando
Hilton and Epelboim Development Group today broke ground on a new Tru by Hilton property located in Orlando, Florida. Dignitaries, executives and other key individuals who were instrumental in pushing the project forward attended the July 12, 2018 event. The roster of VIPs and speakers included: from the Orange County Government Commissioner Betsy VanderLey and Jessie Allen; Executive Director from the Orange County Convention Center; Alexandra Jaritz, global head, Tru by Hilton; and Noel Epelboim, president and CEO of Epelboim Development Group.

The 259-room, eight-story hotel will be located on Westwood Boulevard, just south of the Orange County Convention Center, and it is the largest Tru property to be built so far. It is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2019.

Epelboim Development Group is currently in the final stages of building another hotel in Miami, Florida and is developing two more hospitality projects in Georgia. The company has plans to unfold up to twenty five hospitality properties in the next four years, positioning them as top hotel developers in North America's sun belt.
