Hoxton Hotel Group has chosen the emerging Fulton Market district as the base for our Chicago hotel. The property will have 175 bedrooms, large restaurant and lobby area, The Apartment meeting and events space and a rooftop pool. Fulton Market district has an incredible sense of community, is passionate about its neighbourhood restaurants, and is attracting an interesting mix of technology and creative industries making it the perfect fit for The Hoxton brand.

The Hoxton, Chicago, scheduled for a spring opening, is being constructed in Fulton Market on a site that was formerly home to a car maker and meatpacker.
The Chicago property will be home to a still-unnamed restaurant and bar, a rooftop pool that's open to the public and lively public spaces. Guests will get free Wi-Fi and one hour of free international calls. Nightly rates are still being determined and will include breakfast.
