Marriott International's TownePlace Suites by Marriott Merced is scheduled to open for business on Thursday, November 22, 2018. On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days. Built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Merced area. The new hotel located at 229 South Parsons Avenue, will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Shiv Properties LLC and managed by Twenty Four Seven Hotels of Newport Beach, California. This is the fifth TownePlace Suites property in the Twenty Four Seven Hotels portfolio.
