Endeavor Hospitality Group to Open 399-Room Marriott Courtyard New York Midtown West
Endeavor Hospitality Group, a New York-based hotel management company, today announced plans to open the Marriott Courtyard New York Midtown West, in the heart of Manhattan's trending Hudson Yards District. The 399-room, 28-floor hotel is slated to open in Spring 2019.

Hudson Yards is New York's hottest up-and-coming project, referred to as the "city within the city," and is transforming the west side of New York. The new Courtyard New York Midtown West will be one of the Brand's most well-appointed Courtyard properties, appealing to groups attending conferences at the Jacob Javits Convention Center and surrounding areas as well as business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home. The property will be the first of several hotels Endeavor Hospitality Group will open in New York City as their portfolio expands.
The Courtyard New York Midtown West's 399 guest rooms range from 270 to 700 sq. ft. and include 23 suites. The majority of rooms have floor to ceiling windows taking advantage of the hotel's prominent location, offering exceptional city and Hudson River views. In addition, the hotel will have over 1700 sq. ft. meeting space and a full-service restaurant, bar and lounge with a large skylight.
The grand-scale atrium lobby will feature an innovative space that highlights a tw o-story living wall featuring six varietals of succulents. Guestrooms offer the familiar Courtyard comfort with added touches such as sateen bedding, hypoallergenic comforters, plush bathrobes and Jacquard-loom designed bath towels. All king rooms also offer a loveseat that converts to a twin sleeper. The property is dog-friendly and offers a Puparazzi package which includes a plush dog bed, bowls, doggie bags, and local map of pet friendly places to visit around New York City.
Additional complimentary amenities offered are Forget-Me-Not travel essentials, Wi-Fi and a 24-hour workout facility with the latest LifeFitness equipment.
The Courtyard New York Midtown West will serve corporate, leisure and group travelers and is located directly across from Hudson Yards and near a myriad of popular destinations, such as the Jacob Javits Center, the Highline, Madison Square Garden, and is just minutes from Times Square. The property is located at 461 West 34th Street, right on the corner at 10th Avenue.
