Located at 140 South Union Boulevard, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver West Federal Center will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed by DCC who is the managing partner of the ownership entity, LD Lakewood Lodging, LLC and managed by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group of Provo, Utah.
