The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), South Asia's largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Vivanta hotel in Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka. This hotel is a management contract with Harinath Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern of Ballal Developers Ltd.
