Now Open: Barceló Maya Riviera

Barceló Maya Riviera welcomed its first guests on Sunday, December 15, 2019. The adults-only, all-suite resort in Mexico's Riviera Maya is the latest addition to the Barceló Maya Grand Resort complex, joining Barceló Maya Palace, Barceló Maya Beach, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Colonial and Barceló Maya Tropical.

The resort complex also opened the new Barceló Maya Arena, a new meetings and events venue. With a capacity to host up to 8,000 attendees, it offers more than 190,000 square feet of customizable multi-purpose space for expos, conventions and events.

The new resort has 850 guestrooms, more than half of which have ocean views and 110 of which are swim-up suites. All guestroom balconies have their own hot tubs, and the accommodations also include complimentary daily snack and drink refills in the minibar, L'Occitane en Provence bath amenities and double or super king-sized beds.
