The Hotel Group (THG), a leading national hotel management and investment company, announced the addition of the five-story Residence Inn by Marriott in Wenatchee, Washington, to its growing portfolio of hotels under management. The property has broken ground and is scheduled to open in Q4 2020.

As a co-investment project between Stream Real Estate of Seattle, owner and developer, and THG, the property will contain 127 suites. Each suite will be outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious window facing workspace, plush bedding and linens. It will feature a complimentary breakfast to comfortably host families and sports teams, along with business and leisure travelers.
With design inspiration drawn from the stunning Wenatchee landscape, the warm wood tones, local photography, and cool natural stone will embrace our guests in the spirit of the West. The resort-style outdoor area will feature creative soft seating, a roaring fire pit, and outdoor grills allowing guests to immerse themselves in the great outdoors without sacrificing the convenience and comfort they have come to expect with a Residence Inn by Marriott. Guests will enjoy beautiful river views, heated pool and spa, full-service bar, well-equipped fitness facility, and 1,400 square feet of versatile meeting space.
The Residence Inn Wenatchee will offer guests incredible views of the Cascade Mountains and the Columbia River. The property has access to mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, fly fishing, and trail hiking, making it an outdoor enthusiast's dream.
