Element by Westin Buckhead Hotel Sets November Opening
Local hotelier RevPAR Development is nearing the opening of its 164-room Element by Westin Buckhead hotel adjacent to the Prominence office tower, at 3491 Piedmont Rd. NE.

"The Element Buckhead will bring health, relaxation, and luxury to the hustle and bustle of city life," according to a Facebook page for the hotel. "Opening Fall 2020!" A landing page for the Element by Westin Buckhead more specifically pins the hotel as "opening in November 2020" without an exact first day. The property has been in development since at least 2017.
The Element brand, formerly created by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, will open under the Marriott International umbrella. Mariott acquired Starwood in 2016.
"Inspired by Westin Hotels & Resorts, Element Hotels encourages a sense of wellbeing through a nature-influenced environment," according to the landing page. "Intuitively constructed with an efficient use of space, and with a focus on sustainability, Element helps you stay connected, feel alive and balanced while you're away. Reflecting the smart design of urban residences, the flowing layouts of our guest rooms were created to maximize space and enable you to use the room in multiple ways."
Amenities include complimentary breakfast with "healthful options" including a hot item, granola, whole fruits, premium coffee, and more. The six-story, pet-friendly hotel, also has a saline swimming pool, 24/7 fitness center, electric vehicle charging stations, and Element's "Bikes to Borrow" program.
