Deutsche Hospitality announces a new hotel in Breda for 2023.

In the home of Rembrandt, Jan Vermeer and Vincent van Gogh: the third IntercityHotel will open in the Netherlands in 2023. After the IntercityHotel Enschede and the IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport, which is due to open in 2021, Deutsche Hospitality is adding an attractive location in the province of Noord-Brabant in the south of the popular travel destination to its portfolio with the IntercityHotel Breda.

The IntercityHotel in Breda is being built directly at the main train station and includes 174 guest rooms, a bar, a restaurant and flexible conference facilities. The new building is part of the "5Tracks" project, which, initiated by the project developer Synchroon and the construction company JP van Eesteren, comprises 168 apartments, 15,500 square meters of office space, as well as shops and restaurants. As in most IntercityHotels, guests in Breda have access to innovative offers such as the IntercityHotel app or the free FreeCityTicket for using local public transport.

The IntercityHotel in Breda will in future be operated via a lease agreement between STAG Hotels Netherlands BV with Synchroon BV and JP van Eesteren BV. Construction work will start on schedule in summer 2021. In addition to the IntercityHotel brand, Deutsche Hospitality is also represented in the Netherlands with the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam and the Jaz in the City Amsterdam.
