Located on Yas Island, the man-made island of Abu Dhabi in the Persian Gulf in the United Arab Emirates, the 5-star hotel will have 545 rooms and a beach club. Upscale facilities will include restaurants and cafes, a fully equipped children's club, a spa and a multi-purpose conference center.
Yas Bay Waterfront will also offer entertainment and nightlife attractions, including the Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi's premier indoor entertainment center, designed to host private events with flexible capacity ranging from 200 to 18,000 people. It will also house a pier, which will include 37 cafes and restaurants and 19 retail outlets.
