Tharaldson Hospitality Management (THM) is pleased to announce the opening of the brand-new Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown.

This extended-stay Residence Inn, located at 40 Louis Street NW, features 147 all-suite rooms, along with great amenities such as free Wifi, free hot breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, on-site laundry, grocery shopping service, and much more. The hotel also features a meeting room available for rent and the Residence Inn MixTM, a complimentary evening social for guests (not currently available during COVID-19 cleanliness protocols).
The unique architecture of the building, as well as the fantastic location in downtown Grand Rapids, ensures that this property will bring a plethora of business and tourists to the Grand Rapids area.
Under its franchise agreement with Marriott International, Inc., THM will own and operate the property.
