AC Hotel Sawgrass Mills Sunrise

Simon® and Norwich Partners in collaboration with Marriott International and Concord Hospitality Enterprises are pleased to debut the AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Sawgrass Mills/Sunrise at Sawgrass Mills, one of the largest outlet shopping destinations in the United States.

Managed by Concord Hospitality, the eight-story, 174-room hotel boasts sleek, modern designs with a sophisticated European ambiance. Upon entry, guests are immersed in a local, non-profit art collection curated by local artists called Art Serve.

The hotel provides guests access to dining and beverages that suit every occasion including hand-crafted cocktails, craft brews and Spanish-style tapas in a transitional indoor-outdoor setting at the AC Lounge and daily breakfast at the AC Kitchen that includes artisan pastries, European-inspired cured meats and homemade quiches.

The hotel features more than 1,675 sq. feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, with floor-to-ceiling windows and clean lines that create an elevated canvas for planning corporate, wedding and social events.
