This extended-stay Staybridge Suites, located at 350 22nd Ave N, features 164 all-suite rooms, along with great amenities such as free Wifi, complimentary guest laundry, full kitchens in every suite, complimentary hot breakfast every morning, indoor heated pool, and a state of the art Fitness Room. The hotel also features a Social on Monday through Wednesday evenings, which features a salad bar, entrée, and wine and beer—all complimentary to guests (limited service during COVID-19 pandemic).

The Staybridge Suites Nashville Midtown is also the only Staybridge Suites in the United States that has a nightly bar/restaurant, named Station 350, open every night for guests to enjoy a cocktail and some freshly cooked food. On top of that, this property also boasts the biggest indoor pool and outdoor pavilion area that any Staybridge Suites has to offer, totaling 3000 square feet.

Under its franchise agreement with Intercontinental Hotel Group, THM will own and operate the property. This property is conveniently located right off of Interstate 65N/40, only blocks away from Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital, Tristan Centennial hospital, and Vanderbilt University. The hotel is also only a few miles from the Nashville Airport, historic Broadway Street, and everything else that Nashville has to offer.
