Radisson Blu Grows its Footprint in Latin America with a Resort Signing Near the Coast of Ecuador

Radisson Hotel Group Americas today announced the signing of Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Punta Blanca in Ecuador. The newly constructed hotel is only one mile from stunning beaches along the Pacific Ocean. Guests will be able to book a variety of residences in five different layouts for up to eight guests. The hotel will open with 50 residences, with the remaining 150 units opening within the following 24 months. Construction has begun and the hotel is set to open in the fall of 2022.

While visiting the hotel, guests can indulge in delicious cuisine with unique flavors from local ingredients at the onsite restaurant or enjoy craft cocktails with scenic views at the rooftop bar. The hotel will also feature an outdoor pool with aquatic playgrounds for kids, a full-service spa, a beach club with a snack bar, a soccer field, and volleyball courts. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, business center, and meeting space.

Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Punta Blanca is a less than two-hour drive from Guayaquil's José Joaquín De Olmedo International Airport. Punta Blanca is a beach enclave located on the Santa Elena Peninsula on Ecuador's southwestern coast. The area is home to natural marvels serving as idyllic scenery for travelers interested in whale watching, paragliding, or catching waves at world-renowned surf beaches Montañita and Mar Bravo.
