Bedford Lodging Breaks Ground on The Hoffmann Hotel in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley
Bedford Lodging has just broken ground on a 122-room property in Colorado's Roaring Fork Valley, it was announced by Jeff Blackman, President. The Hoffmann Hotel, a Tapestry by Hilton Collection - Basalt is located in Carbondale, Colorado and is scheduled to open in January, 2023. It will be managed by Five Senses Hospitality Management.
The Hoffmann Hotel will be located at 401 Tree Farm Drive in Carbondale, CO. The 4-story, 76,679-square-foot property being developed on a 1.8-acre site, will be part of a lager 42.9 acre mixed use development known as Tree Farm, a world-class lakeside community and destination in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley on the Western slope of Colorado's Rocky Mountains. Only 30 minutes from Aspen, Colorado, the artfully landscaped 43-acre, mixed-use, sustainable community is designed for visitors, locals, professionals, guests, and residents alike.
The Hoffmann Hotel will be the only property in the region offering lakeside views, dining, residences, and trails all in one place. In addition to guest rooms, the property will feature 1,500 square feet of meeting space, fitness center, restaurant and bar, and outside space.
This hotel will fill the current market needs for an upscale Hilton product catering to the Tree Farm development and the up-valley resort communities of Aspen and Snowmass Village. The picturesque towns of Carbondale and Basalt are located 176 miles west of Denver, 19 miles from Glenwood Springs, and 20 miles from Aspen in the heart of Colorado's central Rocky Mountains. The area offers a variety of casual and exquisite fine dining, creative arts and spectacular entertainment, and intriguing historical areas. Carbondale was recently named one of Colorado's "Best Active Towns," Carbondale is Colorado's Base Camp for recreation, dining, shopping, special events, history, and arts enthusiasts.
