Sustainability-focused designs

In the construction of Citadines South Vienna, the sustainable and environmentally friendly building material Ziegelit® was used to ensure fire resistance, sound insulation and reduce heat build-up during the summer months. Ziegelit® consists of brick chippings, sand, cement and water and bears the IBO test mark, an independent label which certifies that the building meets strict building and ecology requirements. In addition, in order to support the sustainability mobility movement, two electric vehicle charging stations are available in the underground car park as well as designated parking spaces for electric vehicles.
