Downtown Louisville 168-key Dream Hotel Moves Forward with 2025 Opening
Celebrated hotel brand and management company Dream Hotel Group , home to its Dream Hotels, Unscripted Hotels, The Chatwal and new By Dream Hotel Group brands, today announced plans to move forward with construction of 168-key Dream Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, set to open in 2025. During a meeting on Wednesday, March 30, Louisville's West Main Street Architectural Review Committee unanimously approved a request to demolish portions of the Main Street buildings, while preserving nearly 60 feet of the original buildings and the historic facades for the planned hotel. The hotel's food and beverage spaces will also feature the structure's existing brick walls among newly designed interiors.

Led by Alex Marks, owner of Royal Investments, LLC, Dream Louisville is the second Dream Hotel location for the developer, following the successful launch of Dream Nashville in 2019.
Designed by Louisville-based Joseph & Joseph architects and Miami-based CUBE3 architects, with interiors by New York-based Wimberly Interiors, Dream Louisville will feature 168 beautifully designed guest rooms and suites, and four original food and beverage concepts, including a signature restaurant, rooftop pool, rooftop entertainment venue, and abundant private meeting and event space.
Construction on the development is expected to begin in late 2022 with the grand opening of Dream Louisville slated for early 2025.
