Chablé Hotels, Mexico's leading luxury hospitality and wellness brand, will expand its portfolio with the addition of Casa Chablé. Located south of Tulum in the Sian Ka'an biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Casa Chablé will offer the ultimate seclusion and immersion in nature, on an untouched stretch of Quintana Roo's Caribbean coast.

With remoteness central to its charm, Casa Chablé is surrounded by 12 acres of tropical jungle and fronted by white sand beaches on a private islet. Located 22 miles south of Tulum, the property's location allows guests to experience both a sunrise over the Caribbean Sea and a sunset champagne toast from the Casa Chablé dock overlooking the shimmering Sian Ka'an lagoon.

The adventure begins at the entrance to the biosphere, where guests are whisked away by private boat for a scenic 35-minute ride through lush mangrove forests before reaching the resort's private dock. Here, guests enter the world of Casa Chablé, a pristine islet featuring five standalone beachfront villas with outdoor showers, and a main villa housing five guest suites, each with their own private terrace. Chablé Hotels has once again collaborated with award-winning interior designer Paulina Moran for a full remodel of the property with the vision of maintaining a strong relationship between nature, comfort, and luxury.

The property includes a thatched-roof gourmet restaurant, an oceanfront wellness cabana, gym, outdoor wellness esplanade for yoga and meditation, a new rooftop lounge and bar overlooking sunset views, as well as a 200 metre private beach dotted with canopy daybeds, tipis, and hammocks gently billowing in the tropical breeze.

Tantamount with its sister properties Chablé Yucatan and Chablé Maroma, Casa Chablé's culinary programme has been designed by the renowned Jorge Vallejo, chef and owner of award-winning restaurant Quintonil in Mexico City. Under his leadership, Executive Chef Alejandro Chavez will prepare cuisine crafted to showcase local regional dishes, tailored to guest preferences, and feature locally caught fish as well as produce from the property's organic gardens.

Casa Chablé is just the beginning. Named by its ancient Maya inhabitants, Sian Ka'an translates to "origin of the sky" and was inspired by the area's natural beauty. The biosphere is one of Mexico's largest protected areas, home to lush green forests, pristine wetlands and lagoons, extensive mangrove stands, ancient ruins, cenotes, forested islets, sandy beaches, as well as the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef. The reserve is teeming with captivating wildlife, including dolphins, turtles, migratory birds, colourful fish species and more. Guests can explore the surrounding biosphere with kayaks and small boats, while paddle boards and snorkeling equippment are available for ocean exploration. During their stay, guests can set out on private adventures including canoeing through mangroves, fly-fishing in tranquil lagoons, and discovering the ancient ruins of MUYIL and crystalline waters of the Laguna Kaan Luum.

Casa Chablé honours the Chablé Hotels commitment to coexist with nature and protect delicate ecosystems. The property is powered by renewable solar and wind energy, along with eco-sensitive water filtration, and local building materials. Casa Chablé will also be part of Chablé Hotels' partnership with Mexican organization Comunal to support the brand's environmental conservation, sustainability developments and social responsibility.

The property will be open year-round. Rates begin at $609 USD (approx. £446) per night, based on double occupancy, with full property buyouts available from $6,750 USD (approx. £4,950) for up to 22 people. Seasonal rates will apply.
