The hospitality company continues its international growth course and expansion strategy and adds another European metropolis to its portfolio. The building, newly constructed in 2021, is centrally located in Budapest at Mosonyi utca 4. Budapest's main international railway station (Budapest-Keleti) is in the immediate vicinity, as is the Keleti Pályaudvar metro station. Budapest is one of the most sought-after hotel markets in Central and Eastern Europe, along with Prague and Warsaw.
The 45 flats are divided into 15 long-stay and 30 short-stay units. They range from classic single flats to large 3-room suites. The size ranges from approx. 35 m² to a maximum of 150 m².
