World’s first Mama Residences to launch in Dubai
Mama Residence by Mama Shelter are fully furnished and serviced residence apartments. The brand will make its world debut in the Business Bay area of Dubai. The new residences are a partnership with The Devmmark group, which will act as the master agent for the sales and marketing of the property.

Mama Shelter's new residences are designed to cater to the needs of residents with their offer that includes multiple F&B outlets, a DJ tower, four outdoor swimming pools, a multi-purpose gym, and an outdoor amphitheatre with a lounge area and an entertainment zone. Dedicated play areas and a pool are also present on-site to entertain children. The apartments will start from a baseline area of 42 m².
Residents will also enjoy benefits and privileges, which range from preferred access and discounts on hotel facilities and F&B outlets to exclusive access to the Accor Ownership Benefits Program. Finally, the residences will offer personalised services that include in-residence catering, personal trainers, shopping services, private transportation, and childcare assistance.
The Mama Shelter Residences in Dubai were designed by Marco Mangili, with El Doghaili Benjamin crafting their interiors. Art celebrating the city will be found throughout the property and mosaic steps, colourful walls, and eccentric hanging decorations adorn will illuminate the interiors. The building is designed like a giant kaleidoscope with laminated, rich crystal glass, textured glass, and gradient tempered sandblasted glass combining to create an optical illusion.
