IHCL Expands Its Presence in Ayodhya - Signs Its Third Hotel in the Holy Town

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a third hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The brownfield project will be branded as an IHCL SeleQtions hotel.

The 150-key hotel, sprawled over 1.3 acres, is at a short driving distance from the upcoming Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport as well as popular tourist spots. It will feature a range of dining options, including an all-day diner. Other recreation facilities will include a spa, swimming pool, and fitness center. The hotel will also offer over 10,000 sq. ft of banqueting space, ideal to host social gatherings and corporate events.

Located on the banks of River Saryu, Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh is the birthplace of Lord Ram, one of the most revered deities in Hinduism. It is known for its ancient temples and is a popular pilgrimage destination.
