Wimmer Communities and Crescent Hotels & Resorts Announce the Opening of Dual-Branded Marriott Property
Wimmer Communities and Crescent Hotels & Resorts have expanded their decades-long partnership with the opening of a new dual-branded property, known as The Marriott Center located within the Poplar Creek Town Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The Marriott Center comprises the all-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek and Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek, owned and developed by Wimmer Communities and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts. This latest collaboration between the two companies is part of an ongoing pipeline of joining projects.

The architecturally stunning Marriott Center provides convenient access to downtown Milwaukee and nearby attractions, including The Corners of Brookfield. This collaborative, amenity-rich property caters to today's guest, offering a Bistro+ Pub & Grill, 24/7 fitness center, pool, a rooftop patio with a firepit and additional outdoor gathering places with lawn games and grills. The hotel's complimentary covered parking allows guests and their vehicles to stay protected from inclement weather, providing an added convenience. The Residence Inn features 104 modern rooms, with each suite providing a kitchen and workspaces. The Courtyard offers 121 modern and comfortable guest rooms equipped with ergonomic workspaces, flexible spaces and lavish bedding.
The Poplar Creek Town Center is a vibrant, multi-use development designed to foster a strong sense of community and connectedness through its walkable, integrated open-air spaces.
