Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, is pleased to announce the signing of Novotel Riyadh Al Wurud, marking another milestone in the brand's expansion across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Set to open in 2028, the new-build property will bring Novotel's warm, modern design and thoughtful wellbeing and entertainment offerings to one of the most dynamic areas of Riyadh, reinforcing Accor's commitment to the Saudi market and its continued growth in the Middle East.

The 225-key Novotel Riyadh Al Wurud will cater to a diverse mix of guests, with 160 hotel rooms designed for short-stay travelers and 65 serviced apartments geared toward families and mid- to long-stay guests. Owned by Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Partners & Co Ltd, one of the largest real estate players in Saudi Arabia, the project reflects a strong partnership with Accor and a shared vision of enhancing Riyadh's hospitality landscape.

Strategically located on King Abdullah Branch Road, Novotel Riyadh Al Wurud will offer convenient access to Riyadh's main commercial districts, with Olaya Road and King Fahad Road nearby, two of the city's major thoroughfares. The hotel's prime location will also provide convenient proximity to key attractions such as the King Abdullah Financial District, Kingdom Tower, Diriyah Gate—adjacent to the Diriyah UNESCO site—King Salman Park, and the Diplomatic Quarter, making it an ideal destination for both corporate and leisure travelers. Additionally, the property will only be a five-minute walk from the Riyadh Metro (Olaya Station), ensuring seamless connectivity to the rest of the city.
