ECHO Suites is a brand-new, fresh extended-stay hotel brand. This brand is a natural extension of Wyndham's business and its position as a leader in the extended stay hotel segment within the U.S. ECHO Suites is focused on providing a simple, minimal and modern hotel with an emphasis on being clean and affordable. Wyndham is placing significant resources behind this brand with a fresh, consistent new construction product as the company and their development partners, of which Sandpiper is a leader, see opportunity across the country for this type of product.

Sandpiper Hospitality ("SH") will be managing the day-to-day operations of this hotel. SH has great institutional knowledge and experience and has a growing portfolio of 65+ hotels under management. They will prove to be a critical component to our success in this market with this asset. Sandpiper now owns 39 properties across eight brands located in twelve states.
