Nobu Roma - A New Culinary Destination

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is bringing his world-famous dishes to the Eternal City at Nobu Roma. Guests will be able to enjoy Nobu's signature Japanese cuisine with South American influences, including the iconic Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, New Style Sashimi, Toro Tartare, Rock Shrimp Tempura and the acclaimed sushi synonymous with the brand.

The restaurant offers dining in the main restaurant or an intimate experience at the Sushi Counter, giving diners a front row seat to the artistry created by Nobu's sushi chefs. The bar will be serving a curated wine list, premium sake, and Nobu's signature cocktails.
