IHCL Announces the Signing of a Taj Hotel and Branded Residences in Noida

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Taj hotel along with Taj branded residences in Noida. This greenfield development under management contract will feature branded residences as part of the hotel complex.

Located along the Noida — Greater Noida Expressway, this project will feature 150 guest rooms and 74 branded luxury residences. The hotel will house an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and two specialty restaurants. For social and corporate gatherings, the hotel will house a ballroom of over 8,000 sq. ft., supported by pre-function areas and versatile meeting rooms. Guests will enjoy a range of recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, health club and Taj's signature J Wellness Circle. Taj branded residences will redefine luxury living with expansive homes of 7,500 sq. ft. each and exclusive access to a Residents' Club featuring terraced gardens, a play area, a lounge, sports facilities and an infinity swimming pool.

Located in the National Capital Region, Noida is one of India's most dynamic urban centres known for its modern infrastructure, thriving corporate ecosystem and planned development.With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 5 hotels in Noida and Greater Noida, including 1 under development.
