Miralago Luxury Apartments is designed for those who see Lake Como not as a backdrop to admire but as a place to inhabit.Following the complete renovation of the former Miralago Hotel, the historic building has returned to the community in a new form. The property spans four floors and comprises eight lakefront apartments, two per floor, designed to be lived in individually or combined, transforming into four expansive private residences.
The architectural and interior design project, led by Studio Droulers, is rooted in a thoughtful dialogue with the surrounding landscape and a conscious connection to the area's lakeside heritage. Iconic elements of historic Lake Como villas are reinterpreted through luminous spaces, a light and ethereal colour palette, and a refined balance between memory and contemporary expression. Furnishings reference the history of the lake and the legacy of influential designers who lived and worked here, including Ico Parisi, translated into a modern, understated aesthetic and elevated by the use of soft furnishings by Dedar, the historic local textile house.
