Opening in 2032, Regent Ho Tram is a 220-key luxury beachfront resort located on a private and secluded stretch of Ho Tram beach. Designed to appeal to high-net-worth travelers from Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam, as well as international guests seeking a combined city-and-beach experience, the resort will feature 110 suites, 30 Skyvilla Suites with private pools, and 80 two-to-four-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Facilities will include a selection of restaurants and bars, alongside wellness experiences curated by Raison d'Être. The development will also include 95 Regent-branded residences, comprising Skyvilla Suites and villas.
Regent Ho Tram will become the closest luxury beachfront destination to downtown Ho Chi Minh City, less than two hours away by car, and benefit from its proximity to The Grand Ho Tram Strip and the award-winning The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram Golf Club. It will also enjoy convenient highway access to Long Thanh International Airport, due to open in 2027. The property will become IHG's second Regent hotel in Vietnam, joining Regent Phu Quoc.
Meraki Land currently owns Moire Hoi An, Vignette Collection and is the founding shareholder of Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre. This agreement, which includes a branded residences element, deepens the long-standing alliance between the two companies. IHG continues to expand across Vietnam with 24 open hotels and 19 properties in its development pipeline.
