June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz Berlin
PRIMESTAR signs pivotal new June SIX & Stay landmark hotel and stay project in Berlin city centre on its fourth anniversary
On its fourth anniversary of the June SIX brand foundation and opening of the first June SIX Berlin, the PRIMESTAR Group announces the signing of a landmark new project in the heart of Berlin: June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz Berlin, poised to become the new flagship hotel of the brand with >350 keys combining hotel and stay concepts, scheduled to open in 2028.
This pivotal signing marks a major step in the continued expansion of PRIMESTAR’s integrated June platform and further strengthens the Group’s presence in one of Europe’s most dynamic urban hospitality markets. Following the successful opening of June SIX Salzburg in March 2026 and the recent introduction of June Lux as the Group’s entry into the luxury segment, the Berlin project represents the next strategic milestone in the evolution of the June ecosystem.
With its “travel.work.live.” ecosystem, PRIMESTAR has created a modular and fully integrated offering combining June SIX, June Stay and WorX into a unified guest experience.
With an already highly successful June SIX at Savignyplatz opened exactly four years ago as the first June SIX hotel, the new development significantly expands PRIMESTAR’s Berlin footprint, further consolidating its position in this core market while strengthening the scale and momentum of the growing June cluster in the German capital.
A pivotal new June landmark and urban hot spot in Berlin
The historic listed building is located in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain near Warschauer Platz S-Bahn station and was originally designed by renowned Berlin city planning officer Ludwig Hoffmann in 1909 as the Higher Weaving School. With its distinctive red-brick façade, large arched windows and ornate details, the landmark building will be carefully transformed into a contemporary urban hotspot while preserving its historic charm. Within the landscaped inner courtyard, an urban oasis with multiple food offerings will be established, further building on the June Green standard established at June Garda Lake.
With >350 keys, June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz is set to become the largest and most important project within the June portfolio to date. The development introduces a fully integrated June SIX & Stay concept at scale, combining short-stay hospitality with extended-stay living into a seamless and future-oriented urban product. With its proximity to the UBER Arena and several urban hotspots in Berlin, it will be a centerpiece of innovation.
The project reflects PRIMESTAR’s strategic focus on prime city-center locations and scalable, modular hospitality concepts tailored to evolving guest needs.
A unique integrated experience
At the core of the project lies a holistic and fully integrated guest experience that merges hotel, living, and workspace into one cohesive ecosystem. June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz will bring together boutique hotel rooms, flexible extended-stay units, and WorX workspace environments within a single, connected destination.
This hybrid approach is designed to serve a new generation of travelers and urban users – those who expect flexibility, community, and multifunctional spaces that adapt seamlessly between travel, work, and living.
The property will feature open, social areas, curated food & beverage concepts, and community-driven spaces, positioning the hotel not just as accommodation, but as an urban hub. The June Barista & Bar allows guests to start their day effortlessly by ordering coffee directly from the comfort of their bed via their phone and enjoy it freshly prepared without waiting. Drinks and artisanal food will also be available later during the day. The recreational offering will include a sizable gym, a sauna and washing machine for long-stay guests.
Taking June and Tech integration to the next level
Building on PRIMESTAR’s proprietary technology platform, the Berlin flagship will represent the most advanced implementation of the Group’s digital vision to date.
Guests will experience a fully digital and frictionless journey – from booking and WhatsApp-based check-in to AI-powered concierge services and smart in-room functionalities. Physical and digital touchpoints are designed to work in complete sync, enhancing both operational efficiency and guest convenience.
The project sets a new benchmark for how technology can elevate hospitality without compromising on service quality or human interaction.
