Meliá Hotels International announces the opening of INNSiDE by Meliá Bugibba on 12 July 2026, marking the debut of its lifestyle-led INNSiDE by Meliá brand in Malta. Located in the heart of Bugibba Square and just steps from the seafront, this new hotel brings the brand's lifestyle-driven approach to one of the Mediterranean's most vibrant destinations, offering contemporary accommodation, destination dining, wellbeing facilities and social spaces.
Situated in St. Paul's Bay and within easy reach of Valletta and Malta International Airport, INNSiDE Bugibba offers a convenient base to explore the region’s rich history, dramatic coastline and wealth of outdoor activities. The hotel features 86 rooms and suites across eight room categories - including sea-view rooms with balconies and spacious townhouse-style accommodation, designed to suit both short breaks and longer stays.
Dining is central to the guest experience, with three distinct concepts located across the property. O'Luna Restaurant welcomes guests each morning for breakfast before transitioning into a relaxed evening dining destination, serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine accompanied by soft live music. Perched above the hotel, O'Sole Rooftop pairs a heated infinity pool with panoramic sea views, catering to leisurely sun-soaked mornings and cocktail-fuelled evenings. We Proudly Deliver (WPD) – an artisanal gelato shop set directly on the bustling piazza.
