The Bend project builds on the success of Portland’s award-winning CASCADA Thermal Springs + Hotel, nationally recognized for reimagining wellness hospitality through immersive thermal bathing, biophilic design, thoughtful nourishment, and exceptional guest experiences.

Marc Coluccio, Managing Partner of CASCADA, said the project is meant to serve residents, not only travelers. "This is built for Bend, not just for hotel guests," he said. "Locals will be able to soak and eat here year-round. We want it to be part of everyday life in this town."

The company expects the development to create more than 150 permanent jobs once open, in addition to construction jobs during the build, and its on-site garage is designed to alleviate street parking congestion. During construction, CASCADA and general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis say they will work to limit disruption for neighboring businesses, which will remain open.
