84-Key Hotel Longmont Debuts as Downtown Longmont's First Boutique Hotel

Hotel Longmont, the city's first boutique hotel, is now open at 508 3rd Avenue in the heart of downtown. Developed by The Thrash Group and Vertikal and managed by Tandem Hospitality Group, the thoughtfully curated hotel is anchored by Longmont Supply, a rooftop restaurant and bar celebrating the Front Range’s farms and mountain views.

Hotel Longmont is designed to feel like an extension of the community. Created in collaboration with the Longmont Creative District and the Longmont Downtown Development Authority, nearly all of the artwork throughout the property was commissioned from Colorado artists and is available for purchase, with 100 percent of proceeds going directly to the artists. The hotel's retail offerings are Colorado-sourced in partnership with Colorado Crafted, books throughout the property come from regional sellers, and the coffee served on property is locally roasted through a partnership with Longmont's own Ziggi's Coffee.

The hotel's 84 guest rooms include 44 king rooms, 11 doubles, three full suites and a family-friendly bunk room featuring two queen beds with twin bunks above. The hotel interiors are a collaboration by Thrash Group Design, Katy Curtis and 75 Degree Design Studio. The hotel walks the line between a rich sense of place and forward-looking comfort, anchoring its identity in a classic Colorado character while delivering a thoroughly modern guest experience.

Longmont Supply sits on top of the hotel on the fifth floor, offering sweeping views of Longs Peak and the Flatirons. The seasonally rotating menu is built around local farms and purveyors including Buckner Family Ranch, Forever Green Farms and Blue Point Bakery, with wild game like the Pulled Duck Sandwich and Front Range Game Sliders along with gluten-friendly and vegetarian options. The drink list rotates seasonally to reflect the flavor profiles of the food menu with current favorites like the Lemon Basil Margherita with Milagro silver tequila, Cointreau, basil infused sour mix, basil crystal rim and a lemon wheel and the Main Street Sour with Stranahans Whiskey, house sour, red wine float and dark cherry. Longmont Supply is open daily from 7 am, with the bar and dining room open until 9 pm Sunday through Wednesday and 10 pm Thursday through Saturday, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. In-room dining is available for guests anytime the restaurant is open.

Groups can take now advantage of Hotel Longmont’s 3,700 square feet of meetings and events space, including its 1,928-square-foot Golden Ballroom and an executive boardroom. Groups are also welcome to rent out Longmont Supply for private dining and rooftop events. The space is perfect for weddings and large gatherings, with the Golden Ballroom seating up to 193 guests and the rooftop terrace available for cocktail hours and rehearsal dinners. A downtown hotel has been part of Longmont's community plans for decades, and Hotel Longmont’s opening gives Visit Longmont and the Longmont Downtown Development Authority a new anchor for recruiting meetings, conferences and events to the district.

Longmont is a hub for craft brewing, organic farming and technology, set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains' Eastern Slope. Hotel Longmont places guests within walking distance of the city's shops, breweries and creative district, within easy reach of Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and Denver.
