Set across a dramatic 160-acre peninsula along one of Antigua’s most scenic coastlines, the resort will be seamlessly integrated into the existing Pearns Point development overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Plans introduce 20 single-story suites and 20 two-bedroom villas with panoramic views alongside 36 nature-framed three- and four-bedroom villas available for purchase ranging from $3 to $6 million USD. Pearns Point owners and resort guests will enjoy privileged access to an exceptional collection of amenities, including a beach club accessible by boat and signature restaurant supplied by an organic farm. In addition, the development will be home to one of the Caribbean’s most comprehensive sports and wellness experiences, featuring a state-of-the-art racquet club, an ocean-view spa and fitness center and a dedicated watersports hub. The design will also respect and accommodate public beach access while protecting the privacy and experience of Pearns Point owners, residents and future resort guests.
Pearns Point’s current real estate offerings include a limited collection of beachfront, oceanfront and elevated homesites priced from $2 million USD, allowing owners to create bespoke residences alongside award-winning architects and builders. Turnkey residences, featuring locally sourced stone, timbers and other natural materials, are available from $4 million USD and finished homes from $20 million USD. Early sales have been strong with 26 lots already sold totaling $50 million USD.
Orange Limited and Shamoon also plan to develop two signature residences designed by James Hamilton Architects showcasing the architectural quality, indoor-outdoor living and connection to the landscape that are pillars of Pearns Point. The partners are committed to preserving the island’s raw beauty while establishing a new benchmark for luxury living in the Caribbean.
For more than three decades, Shamoon has cultivated a portfolio of celebrated hospitality destinations defined by understated luxury, exceptional service and an enduring sense of place. His approach combines meticulous planning and design, authentic lifestyle experiences and long-term stewardship to create destinations with lasting appeal.
