Naples Grande Beach Resort to Debut as Signia Hilton, the Brand’s First Hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast
Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of Naples Grande Beach Resort, which will join the Signia Hilton portfolio as Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The signing is part of the brand’s strong growth trajectory and continued expansion into irreplaceable destinations, signaling a new chapter in Signa Hilton’s evolution into luxury destinations for travelers pursuing their ambitions, passions and celebrations. The 474-room resort, inclusive of 50 villas, will become the first Signia Hilton on Florida's Gulf Coast, introducing the brand's distinctive luxury experience to one of the country’s most sought-after destinations. Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is now accepting reservations on Hilton.com for stays beginning January 1, 2027.
Currently undergoing the most significant transformation in its nearly four-decade history, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is being reimagined through a comprehensive resort-wide renovation set to redefine the guest experience. Updates will introduce redesigned guest rooms and suites, vibrant culinary offerings, destination-inspired experiences, premium wellness amenities, dynamic social and gathering spaces that encourage guest connection, along with Signia Hilton's warm, anticipatory service.
Upon its debut in January 2027, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will expand Signia Hilton's presence in Florida as its third property in the state, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort, while further strengthening Hilton's portfolio of more than 540 hotels statewide.
