Marking the UK debut of the Capri by Fraser hotel residence brand, the property will bring a bold new stay concept to Cromwell Road in London through the transformation of seven restored Victorian buildings into a six-storey, 180-unit destination hotel spanning more than 7,000 sqm. The property combines the elegance of classic architecture with Capri by Fraser’s playful, design-led and technology-driven interiors, and features social spaces inspired by the brand’s signature 'Stay Curious, Stay Capri.' ethos.

Set in one of London’s most prestigious boroughs, the property is designed to blend work and play seamlessly, offering flexible accommodation from studios to double apartment suites with kitchenettes, tailored for both business and leisure travellers on short or extended stays. Designed as a vibrant home for the curious, the hotel will provide spaces that encourage productivity, connection and exploration.

High ceilings, bay windows, statement staircases and stained-glass features honour Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London’s rich architectural legacy, while the interior design narrative celebrates the neighbourhood’s role as the gateway to “Albertopolis” – London’s legendary cultural district originally envisioned by Prince Albert as a centre for innovation and discovery. Located in the heart of one of London’s most celebrated cultural quarters, the hotel offers a fitting home for Capri by Fraser’s ‘Stay Curious. Stay Capri.’ philosophy. Surrounded by iconic museums, academic institutions and performance venues, including the Royal Albert Hall, V&A and the Natural History Museums, Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London provides an ideal base for guests to explore, connect and experience the city in new ways.

As part of its sustainable redevelopment, Capri by Fraser, Kensington / London will operate without gas, using air source heat pumps to support its hot water requirements for lower carbon emissions, reflecting Frasers Hospitality's commitment to lower-impact hospitality.

The property will include signature Capri by Fraser facilities including a buzzing social hub for guests and locals to chill out and network and a state-of-the-art 24/7 gym, whilst also introducing an immersive music zone and a dedicated space for art exhibitions and community events. It will offer breakfast for residents and locals, light food and snacks throughout the day and evening, a bar serving signature cocktails and other beverages, as well as meeting facilities.
