A Lebanese national, Massaad joined the industry as a trainee receptionist in 1996, and made her way up the ladder over the past 13 years, taking on managerial responsibilities through a mix of hard work and result-driven performance. Massaad joined the Rotana group as Executive Assistant Manager of City Centre Rotana - Doha in 2008, and attributed her recent promotion to her personal dedication and commitment to her responsibilities.
