Panos, who is half Swiss half Greek, has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, having held various management positions at different international hotel chains around the world, over the last 20 years. He began his career in the hospitality industry in early 1990, with various internships, before quickly progressing through the ranks.
Panos has worked all around the world including Switzerland, the UK, Germany and Africa, this is his first position in the Middle East. In the early stages of his career he gained experience in several central London hotels before spending six years at various Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts around the world.
Before joining The Rezidor Hotel Group, Panos was the General Manager for Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos, Nigeria since December 2007, his most recent position.
Panos holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Les Roches in Switzerland and a Master of Science in International Hotel Management from University of Surrey in the UK and speaks English, German, Greek and French. General Management Middle East Bahrain Manama
