Prior to joining QNH, he held the position of Corporate Director of Operations for Middle East and North Africa at GoldenLeaves Hotels and Resorts.
A Dutch National, Hugo studied at the Hotel School of Arnhem, Netherlands with a Diploma in Operations and completed his professional education with a Certification in Advanced Operational Analysis from Cornell University.
In his new role, he will be in charge of implementing ambitious plans to reposition the company as a reputable global player in the hospitality industry while escalating local success stories at the international level.
