Martínez joins the Park Regis from the Gul Hotel in Bahrain, where he held the position of Restaurant Manager for the property’s 120-seat Margarita Mexicana restaurant.
Prior to moving to the Middle East in 2009, Martínez had an amassed wealth of experience working at hotels and restaurants across the USA and Mexico, including the five-star Barceló Maya Palace Hotel and five-star Valentin Imperial Maya Hotel, both in Mexico.
