Rupprecht Queitsch, a German national who has been working for Marriott globally since 1986, has had extensive experience in hospitality and will lead the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai's world-class team as General Manager. Working as Hotel Manager and supporting Rupprecht, Bill Keffer will oversee operations which include Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Spa, Loss Prevention and IT. With almost twenty years of service within the Marriott International network, Keffer brings with him a wealth of experience as well as numerous accolades, including Continent General Manager of the Year at Marriott International's 2011 MEA Full Service General Manager Awards for his role at the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites.
