Laurent Chaudet brings over 30 years of international and regional experience at various Accor properties across Asia and the Middle East to his role as the new GM of the Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre Hotel. Previously, Chaudet held key executive positions in the Far East and the UAE including regional general manager for East Indonesia, general manager for the Novotel Ambassador in Seoul, Korea, opening general manager for Sofitel Suzhou in China, and general amager of Grand Mercure Xidan, Beijing during the 2008 Olympics. Laurent was most recently the general manager of Pullman Dubai Mall of the Emirates, which was rebranded in January this year by Sheraton.
